This modern two bedroom apartment is perfect for two couples travelling together or a family of four. It offers high speed free WIFI throughout with average speeds of 250mbps, air conditioning and household amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

The apartment features an open plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is a modern dining table to seat six. The living area has large comfortable sofa and smart TV leading onto a furnished patio from which to admire the city views. There is also a separate laundry room.

There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed to accommodate a maximum of two guests with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a Queen-sized bed accommodate a maximum of two guests and a full separate bathroom. Both bathrooms are stocked with hotel grade towels and bathroom amenities.
Guests can enjoy the facilities that the building offers such as a swimming pool, state of the art gymnasium, BBQ facilities, access to the beach as well as spa facilities to be booked separately. Please note that access to the swimming pool and lagoon are on a chargeable basis

House rules include respecting the neighbors, furniture and no parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM.

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We provide you with a starter pack of toiletries. Please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products and additional toiletries are not provided.
