Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 12:00pm. We offer contactless check-in, with instructions sent ahead of time. Security cameras are present outside the building, but not inside the apartment.

Guest passport copies and details must be shared before check-in details are provided.

Late check-out: AED 300 per hour without prior confirmation.

Smoking violation penalty: AED 1,500.

No pets allowed: violation penalty AED 5,000.
