For same-day bookings, please allow at least 1 hour after check-in completion to prepare the apartment. Kindly share your estimated arrival time in advance.

Occasional maintenance may affect building amenities like the pool, gym, or parking without prior notice. Temporary disruptions in electricity, water, internet, gas supply, or noise from construction or city activities may also occur. These are beyond our control and do not warrant refunds.
