Maximum Capacity – This property has a strict maximum occupancy limit of 6 guests total.

– Please note that all guests must submit copies of their passports before the check-in date, as required by both building management and the Dubai Tourism Department.

– Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged AED 300 per hour applies from 11am up until 1 pm

Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged up to AED 500 per card.
