Also, please remember that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. We will charge AED 1500 to cover the cost of cleaning the air conditioning and furniture.

Please note that check-out time is 11 a.m. We plan to have our cleaning team arrive at 11 a.m., and we charge a waiting time penalty of 300 AED for each hour they have to wait. We will pass this charge onto you.
