• Yas Mall, Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, Warner Bros. World, SeaWorld, Etihad Arena, Yas Marina Circuit: all within 2–5 minutes (2–3 km drives)
• Saadiyat Beach: approx. 20 minutes
• Louvre Abu Dhabi: around 20 minutes
• Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque: approx. 20 minutes
• Dubai: roughly 50 minutes, depending on traffic

This property offers self-check-in, with identity verification required prior to access. You may check in any time from 3 PM onwards, in line with our standard check-in time. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges; requests must be made in advance.

In compliance with local regulations, we require a copy of your passport before arrival. This is necessary for registration with the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture & Tourism.
