Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 12:00pm. We offer contactless check-in, with instructions sent ahead of time. Security cameras are present outside the building, but not inside the apartment.

Please note= Contruction in and around the building, noise , dust to be expected

Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee. Please respect the building’s quiet hours from 11pm to 7am.

Like most buildings in the UAE, there’s routine water maintenance that happens about once to three times a month. This may cause a short interruption of a few hours, but don’t worry—we’ll provide water for you during this time until the supply is back. Thanks for your understanding!
