Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.

The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.

Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED600.00

Water Use: We encourage mindful water usage. Please be conscious of your water consumption during showers and when using taps.
Gas Safety: For your safety, ensure the gas hob and switch are fully off after each use.

🚭 SMOKING & PET POLICY ★
NO SMOKING INSIDE: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the studio to maintain its freshness. Indoor smoking will incur a fee for odor and deep cleaning. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony; please dispose of butts responsibly.

Pet Policy: We gladly welcome your furry companions! To ensure comfort for all residents, please keep your pet leashed in common areas, prevent excessive barking from disturbing neighbors, and promptly clean up after your pet, both inside and outside the studio. We appreciate your help in keeping our home and community pristine.

Our studio offers a peaceful JVT location, ensuring daily essentials are steps away at Viva Supermarket and Life Pharmacy in the Novotel hotel building, just behind our building. The area is very quiet, ideal for a relaxing stay.

Getting Around Dubai: Navigating the city is simple. For ride-sharing, we recommend the efficient Careem and Bolt apps. The DMCC Metro station is a convenient 12-minute drive from the studio, offering traffic-free city exploration.

Dining & Groceries Delivered: Dubai excels in food delivery! For all your culinary needs, popular apps like Talabat, Careem, and Deliveroo offer a vast selection of restaurants and supermarkets. For incredibly fast grocery delivery, Noon Minutes is highly recommended.
