Damac Towers by Paramount is a multi-building complex in Business Bay, Dubai. The development comprises four individual buildings: Paramount Tower A, Paramount Tower B, Paramount Tower C and Paramount Tower D. The project was developed by Damac Properties through its subsidiary Damac Star Properties. Construction began in March 2008 and was completed by October 2018. The four super-tall skyscrapers sit on a shared podium.

Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 12:00pm. We offer contactless check-in, with instructions sent ahead of time. Security cameras are present outside the building, but not inside the apartment.

Guest passport copies and details must be shared before check-in details are provided.

Late check-out: AED 300 per hour without prior confirmation.

Smoking violation penalty: AED 1,500.

No pets allowed: violation penalty AED 5,000.

Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee. Please respect the building’s quiet hours from 11pm to 7am.
