Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee. Please respect the
buildingʼs quiet hours from 11Pm to 7Am.

Like most buildings in the UAE, thereʼs routine water maintenance that happens
about once to three times a month. This may cause a short interruption of a few
hours, but donʼt worry—weʼll provide water for you during this time until the
