The space features a compact yet fully equipped kitchen and an open living and dining area perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

The compact yet fully equipped kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you need including a coffee machine, microwave, kettle, and a gas stove with an oven. The dining area includes a round table with four comfortable chairs, perfect for enjoying meals.

The living area offers a cozy L-shaped sofa, coffee table, and a Smart TV for your entertainment. Step out onto the furnished private balcony with partial views of the Burj Khalifa in the distance.

The well-appointed bedroom features a king-size bed to accommodate up to two guests and a built-in wardrobe with ample storage space for your luggage. The bedroom also provides access to the private balcony which is shared with the living room.

There is a a spacious full bathroom in the apartment stocked with bathroom essentials and white fluffy towels.

Guests can enjoy complimentary access to the building’s amenities, including a refreshing swimming pool, a fully equipped gym and a kid’s play area.

Please note that the area is somewhat isolated, and nearby attractions will require a taxi or car to reach. For your convenience, guests can use Deliveroo, Talabat, or the Instashop app to easily order food and groceries.

– no pets unless pre-arranged with the host

It is crucial for all guests to comply with the laws and regulations of Dubai at all times while staying in the apartment. This property is fully licensed with Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, ensuring a legitimate and safe accommodation option for our guests.

Prior to the check-in date, guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports for documentation purposes. The standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and the check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM.

Please keep in mind that the included cleaning fee covers the apartment cleaning after your stay. If additional cleaning is needed during your stay, it can be arranged at an extra fee.

While a starter pack of toiletries is provided for your convenience, consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, and additional toiletries are not supplied in the apartment. It’s recommended to plan accordingly.
