• Self check-in is available for your convenience, allowing you to arrive at a time that suits your schedule.

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM

• As required by the Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism (DET), all guests must provide passport or Emirates ID details prior to arrival for registration.

• This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas where available.

• Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted. We kindly ask guests to respect the peaceful environment and neighbouring residents.

• The apartment is professionally cleaned and prepared before every stay using hotel-quality linen, towels and toiletries.

• Long stays are welcome, and additional housekeeping can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.
