Arjan is one of Dubai’s fastest-growing residential communities, positioned between the city’s most iconic attractions and its quieter, greener side.

Dubai Miracle Garden, the world’s largest natural flower garden, is within walking distance, along with the Dubai Butterfly Garden right next door – making this one of the most distinctive neighborhoods in the city.
