★ REGISTRATION OF TRAVELERS ★
We will require passport copies (or Emirates ID) from all travelers and visitors at least 24 hours in advance to register your stay with community/building security. We cannot guarantee your arrival if copies of your identification documents are not provided on time.
🔒 Security Deposit
For your peace of mind and to keep the apartment in great condition for future guests, we kindly ask for a refundable security deposit. The deposit is fully returned after checkout, provided the apartment is left in good condition and no house rules are violated.
★ ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES ★
Standard check-in time is 3 p.m. and the maximum time is at 11 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges!
★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a fine of 2500 AED.
★ ACCESS CARD ★
Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
★ ONGOING CONSTRUCTION ★
There is an ongoing construction nearby the building that affects the view from the balcony. However, the construction noise is minimal especially when windows and doors are closed.
