✔ Access Cards: Return in good condition; AED 500 replacement fee per lost card.

✔ Please inform us a day before check-in if you need extra bed linens and towels. Available on request for 200 AED.

✔ Lost & Found: Items left behind will be kept for 30 days. Unclaimed items will be disposed as per company policy. Guests must arrange pickup or shipping.

✔ A noise complaint may result in a fine of AED 1000, as per building regulations. Please be mindful of noise levels.

✔ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, only allowed outside on the balcony.

✔ Building Facilities: The building amenities including the pool, gym, etc., are directly overseen by the Building Management. We do not have any control or accountability over these facilities. Please be advised that these amenities could be subject to maintenance and closures, which may occur without prior notification.
